Zein Malhas Member – Board of Directors
Zein Malhas has been a member of the JICO Board of Directors since 2025.
She brings 18 years of experience in banking, including investment banking, corporate and consumer banking, transaction banking, fintech, and digital banking. She worked at The Housing Bank for Trade and Finance, Standard Chartered Bank, and Capital Bank of Jordan, where she held multiple senior leadership roles. In her capacity as Chief Digital Officer of Capital Bank of Jordan, she established and operationalized Blink by Capital Bank – Jordan’s first neobank – and assumed the role of CEO for 3 years.
Malhas currently serves on the boards of Middle East Payment Services and Cairo Amman Bank.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in International Management and International Banking & Finance from Franklin University Switzerland in 2007, followed by a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Banking & Finance from the German Jordanian University in 2011.
