Manager – Customer Service Department

Manal Al-Affashieh was appointed Customer Service Manager at JICO in January 2018. She is also a member of the company’s executive management team. In this role, she is responsible for the ongoing service and retention of all customers, delivering high-quality service and expanding existing client relationships, as well as overseeing and training the company’s customer service agents.
Al-Affashieh has over 12 years of experience in customer relationship management and team leadership. She spent the past seven years working at the Middle East Insurance Company in different capacities, most recently serving as the Medical Insurance Section Head. Prior to that, she held the role of Sales Unit Manager at Al Nisr Al Arabi Insurance Company.
Al-Affashieh earned her bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology from Baghdad University in 2006.
