Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communication while ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation to completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and address risks or issues proactively.
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation.
- Ensure quality standards and project objectives are met.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Facilitate meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Implement project management best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in project management.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
- Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Extra Skills: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
