Members of the Board of Directors
The primary role of the Board of Directors of Jerusalem Insurance Company is to protect and enhance the long-term interests of shareholders by overseeing the company’s overall corporate governance.
The members possess a wide range of skills and expertise, enabling them to make valuable contributions. The Board meets at least six times a year, with a set agenda for each meeting.
