
October 2024 – The Al-Aman Fund for the Future of Orphans has announced the renewal of its cooperation agreement with Jerusalem Insurance. The agreement was signed in the presence of Ms. Noor Al-Hamoud, General Manager of the Fund, and Mr. Imad Morrar, CEO of Jerusalem Insurance. The agreement aims to cover the educational costs of three students benefiting from the Al-Aman Fund, who are pursuing various specializations, including Accounting and Mechanical Engineering, at Al-Balqa Applied University and Al al-Bayt University.
Over the past three years, Jerusalem Insurance has been committed to supporting students of the Al-Aman Fund, reaffirming the importance of assisting orphaned youth in the kingdom and ensuring they have equal opportunities alongside their peers in society. Through this support, the company seeks to empower these young individuals to achieve their academic and professional aspirations.
Commenting on the agreement, Mr. Imad Morrar, CEO of Jerusalem Insurance, stated:

The Al-Aman Fund for the Future of Orphans is a charitable organization established in 2006 by Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah. The Fund aims to empower orphaned youth over the age of 18 who have graduated from care homes or come from impoverished areas by providing education, financial support, capacity building, and personal development programs. Since its inception, more than 4,872 orphans have benefited from the Fund, 66% of whom are females. Among them, 3,473 young men and women have successfully graduated and embarked on their professional journeys.
