Mr. Mohamad Alayyan holds the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors at Qudra Automotive Trading Company (ISUZU – Jordan) and hold the position of Executive Director at National Arab Motors Company (KIA – Jordan), Vice Chairman of NIM Automotive Trading (KIA-Iraq) and Chairman of the Jerusalem Insurance Company.
Mr. Alayyan has played a vital role in driving the growth and development of the Jordan’s media industry holding the position of WAN-IFRA Middle East board, Publisher and Vice Chairman of Jordan United Press Company (Alghad Newspaper). CEO and Chairman of Jordan’s United TV Broadcasting Corporation (ATV), Board Member of Jordan Media Institute and Member of the International Advertising Association (IAA).
Mr. Alayyan hold position Chairman of the Board of Directors at Jordan’s Online & Offline Services (JOO’S).
Mr. Alayyan has an active role in the sports sector, holding the position of the member of the Board of Directors of the Jordan Olympic Committee and he served as President of the Jordanian Basketball Federation for eight years, during which he achieved numerous notable accomplishments. Most significantly, the Jordanian national team qualified for the FIBA World Cup three times.
Mr. Alayyan held the positions of Vice Chairman of Asria Dairy, Board Member of Al Aman Fund for the Future of Orphans, Board Member of Micro fund of Women, Board Member of IINJAZ for the Creation of Economic Opportunities for Jordanian Youth, Member of Jordan Investment Board (JIB), Member of the Young President’s Organization (YPO), Member of the Young Arab Leaders (YAL) and an Angel Investor in the Young Entrepreneurs Association (YEA).
Mr. Alayyan holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and politics with Accounting from the University of Kent at Canterbury, United Kingdom in 1995.
