Ayman Fadel holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science with a minor in Accounting from Yarmouk University and a master’s degree in business administration from the German Jordanian University. His technical expertise is further bolstered by certifications, including Oracle Certified Associate, Oracle Certified Professional, and a Certificate from the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII).
Ayman is well-regarded by colleagues and clients for his strategic mindset, professionalism, and dedication to excellence.
Ayman has completed specialized training programs globally, including Emerging Risks at Lloyd’s in London, UK; Reinsurance Treaties at Swiss-Re in Zurich, Switzerland; Cyber Insurance at Swiss-Re in Dubai, UAE; and Non-Proportional Reinsurance Treaties at Trust-Re in Manama, Bahrain, along with various other courses in Amman, Jordan.
With over 15 years of cumulative experience in the insurance industry, Ayman has excelled in multiple managerial roles, most recently serving as Chief Technical & Reinsurance Officer at United Insurance Company. His extensive expertise spans Treaties Reinsurance, Facultative Reinsurance, and General Insurance, covering both underwriting and claims.
Ayman takes pride in building strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in both local and international insurance markets, as well as in automating essential business processes to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
Outside of work, Ayman enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his family, valuing moments of connection and exploration.
