- 100% coverage for a one-time unknown-party accident per year (based on an official traffic report – for private vehicles).
- Repairs at the authorized dealer’s garage as per company policy, without a set limit and in accordance with depreciation conditions.
- Full coverage of airbag replacement with no cap.
- Coverage for natural disasters and weather-related damages.
- Full roadside assistance (tire change, battery charging, jumpstart, towing, and more — for private vehicles).
Mumayyaz Premium Plan
Exclusive to private passenger vehicles under 3 years old and valued at 30,000 JOD or more, with added benefits:
- No accident report fees.
- Free replacement of damaged parts with brand-new, original parts from the dealership.
- Car rental compensation: 50 JOD per day, up to 15 days.
- Life insurance coverage up to 10,000 JOD (up to age 60).
- Travel insurance for up to two weeks during the coverage period (for those under 60).
- 100% coverage for damages by unknown parties with no cap.
- Dealer garage repairs with no set financial limit.
- Unlimited airbag coverage.
- Coverage for mechanical damage caused by an insured accident.

What to do if you’re in an accident:
- After getting the police report (Kroka), call 064004009 or use the JICO app to schedule an inspection appointment.
- A Lababak agent will meet you at your location within Amman (home, work, accident site, etc.).
- The agent will assess your vehicle, collect documents, and take care of the paperwork.
- Your car will be taken to one of our certified garages. If severely damaged, it will be towed to your vehicle’s authorized dealer or preferred repair center.
