What is “Lababak”?.

It’s a convenient service exclusively for our comprehensive insurance customers with private vehicles, designed to make your car repair experience smooth and hassle-free after an accident.

Steps to Access the “Lababak” Service in Case of an Accident:

Once you’ve obtained the police report (sketch report), simply:

1. Book an appointment through our app or by calling our customer service at 06 400 400 9.
2. Our representative will contact you to arrange pickup of your vehicle from your chosen location within Amman (currently).
3. We’ll handle the entire repair process on your behalf at one of our approved service centers, based on your preference.
4. After the repairs are complete, your vehicle will be delivered back to you at the time and place you choose — within Amman.
